Valdosta Retail Assistant Manager Job - GA, 31601
Job Description As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise and lead 50-100 employees. Perform Employee Relations/Personnel/Human Resources requirements including:
- Payroll, new hire orientation, interviewing/hiring/terminating of staff
- Scheduling and managing labor needs
Supervise proper store plan execution:
- Ensure merchandising standards are met
- Set goals to meet or exceed Community Relations involvement and Customer Loyalty/Customer Satisfaction Programs
- Manage controllable expenses, cost analysis/budget planning, shrink, and inventory controls
- Set goals to meet or exceed sales and profitability objectives and quotas
Basic Qualifications - 3 years of experience managing a sales driven, multi-unit business and leading and developing a staff employees
- 2 years of experience with direct financial accountability and management of revenue / budgets of at least $40M
- Knowledge and experience with P&L analysis
