Job Description As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide friendly, fast and accurate processing of customer related transactions including, but not limited to:
- Financing, returns, exchanges, and service requests
- Respond to customer concerns and needs
- Support and assist in achievement of store and department customer care and sales goals/objectives
- Support and assist in achievement of store and department appearance and loss prevention objectives
You will be supported with an orientation and ongoing training to help you achieve great results in this fast paced, team-based work environment.
Basic Qualifications - Ability to lift and carry weight up to 50 lbs
- Standing/moving up to 100% of time
- Must be 16 years of age or older
